  Wow. Talk about crowded. I think of going to a club in order to get away from the craziness of an airport so I can relax. But this place doesn’t really provide that kind of atmosphere. I think we got very lucky in finding a table as quickly as we did. So that was good. But my first and most important stop once inside was the Bathroom and it was frustrating. There are only two stalls. One of which had a person who wasn’t coming out. Once I was in the other stall I peeked under see what we’re clearly employee feet (black uniform pants and those thick-soled, Black kitchen shoes). Not ok. As soon as I washed my hand and got out of there I went to the front desk to let them know. I was happy to see that security seemed concerned and looked into it immediately. Things were even crazier by the food, of course. Long lines, people not waiting in line, running out of food. It was nuts. But I was happy to get some cheese cubes to snack on. I did notice a pop-up lounge closer to our gate and wondered if that one was less insane....

  O atendimento é bom mas o espaço muito pequeno. Falta lugares para sentar e tudo mais. Acredito seria melhor eles terem sala separada para pessoas pagam para ter acesso e clientes que tem direito de entrar por causa do status programa de milhagem. Ou até mesmo sala para Premier. Como foi criado uma para Polaris já ajudou e melhorou muito.

  Well United has done it again. No need to be loyal to them or buy a club membership, just get a CC and fly once a year. The newly opened Polaris Club has taken away capacity on Terminal C. Now everyone gets clogged up in the only Club left which can handle roughly half the afternoon capacity. This airline now longer cares about customer loyalty but more about nickel and dining everyone and promoting the United Credit Card. Hey Congress this is what happens when competition is taken away. Three legacy airlines now control markets, charge what want and eliminate customer service!

  Average as far as airport lounges go, but regulars will confirm it's nicer now than before. Upgrades include improved snacks and more food choices, much better service, new furnishings - all good! Restrooms are small and leave much to be desired. The club is relatively small in terms of being able to accommodate many travelers one time.

  Not as many amenities as the big United Club which is currently being refurbished but decent enough. Used to be a bit more spacious but it's been densified to cope with influx of passengers who used to frequent the big one. Should be better/quieter/better ratio of toilets to people once the Polaris lounge is open.
