Very small lounge with very little food and drink wise to offer. Probably the poorest equipped Maple Lesf Lounge I have been to. I understood that it was recently refurbished but must have not been right. None of the USB charging plugs work as they are all too well used that plugs don't stay in socket. Even the power outlets are hanging out of their sockets.

Staff were making their rounds often to ensure the place was clean. Somebody must've spilled some coffee before I arrived, and the carpet was quickly cleaned up while I was there. Seats were comfortable and plentiful, as well as having a computer area where you can set down a laptop in front of you. I'm rating it three stars mostly because of the cleanliness and comfort. Amenities were lacking. Food is very basic, offering muffins, cereal, coffee, orange juice, and some self-service liquor. There may have been some oatmeal as well. Other lounges I've been to have had bartenders and many different foodstuffs made fresh that you can choose from. The only things being made fresh here appeared to be the muffins. By far, this was a better place to wait for a flight than at the gate, but this was not the best a lounge can be.

The addition of the lounge at EWR was fantastic, now my go to airport for the area! As nice as it is, it's not overly large and the lounge does get crowded just before flights leave, but if you arrive 2 hours before flight time the lounge is quiet. 30 minutes before boarding it was packed so I was glad I had a nice comfy seat!

This is a very basic Lounge. It was rather cramped and crowded. The food was very mediocre. I'm not sure why they have plain potato salad. they have a free Serve Yourself bar and you can get as much or as little as you want. They also have coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The staff were okay but they kept running out of things like utensils and cups. Although it certainly beats being in the main terminal, I would not go out of my way to spend time at this Lounge.

8-10am Friday not particularly crowded. Small, but clean. Meager food selections: boiled eggs, basic fruits, toast, cereal, yogurt. Self service bar and coffee/espresso machines. If you have time, upstairs United club in terminal c is better if only because it has more space. Same eager food selections. Unless you drink your weight in alcohol, both lounges are worth $10-15 or so. Also, you may see/hear a bunch of airport operations staff loudly talking in a corner. Not lounge staff. Otherwise other guests were fairly quiet.
