This is the first lounge I’ve been to and was pretty disappointed. I agree with the other reviewers that the front desk lady is lacking a lot of customer service skills. She’s extremely rude... She looks miserable as all hell. The lounge itself isn’t great. Things are pretty run down. The food was not great either. Had several pasta dishes when I was there...chips were stale. I would definitely not pay to get into the lounge...luckily it was free with a Priority Pass.

The most edible food here is from the breakfast spread, but the couscous salad isn't too shabby either. The meat entrees for dinner are usually barely edible, especially the frozen supermarket meatballs. Several of the power outlets are dead, and the bookshelves are totally fake. You'll have to bring your own reading material.

One of the worst lounges. The only thing worth doing is putting up your feet. The staff just huddle at the bar without replenishing the hot food and the tables aren't being cleaned; dishes aren't being taken away. It's too bad, this place is a comfortable place to lounge but without proper food and service it makes it the worst place to be. To pay for entrance is a total waste of money. If I wasn't in terminal B of Newark airport I would find my way to the Maple Leaf lounge.

I have used this lounge multiple times and on all those occasions I find the front desk staff to be rude. They won't greet you and say welcome to the lounge. They don't smile. They don't give you a quick orientation on the lounge. The lounge space is adequate but can be really busy as multiple airlines use the lounge. The food and drinks are OK. But seriously they need to rethink the customer service on the front desk.
