  Roy was our original sales person and he was Great, very patient with my indecisiveness! Now we did go ahead and decided we wanted a bed there and was ready to purchase and pick up rented a hitch because we were told that we could pick it up that day as long as we were there by 8pm! Well we got back at 6:30 and the guy helping us (not Roy) says ok well you can pick up tomorrow afternoon! I saw fire 🔥. That's not acceptable because I needed to have the hitch back by 9 am or I would charged for another day! I asked for my money back! Couldn't do that either 🔥! That's when Stacey intervened like an angel! He said he would come in early and get me loaded up by 8! Well he did better I was out of there the next morning by 7:45! Got the hitch back at EXACTLY 8:27am! Stacey saved the day and a customer who will be returning!

  My wife and I decided to check this place out while shopping for a new couch for the house we just purchased and we were not disappointed. I wasn't sure what to expect but they had a much larger selection than anticipated and the salesman, Jonathan, brought his A-Game. He was extremely helpful in providing us several options and made us feel like we were a top priority while shopping. Thanks to him my wife is sold on the more expensive option for a new couch and we'll not only be back to buy the couch but to also consider purchasing furniture for a few other rooms in our home. Overall an excellent experience!

  Jonathan at the South Arlington location off cooper was awesome! I purchased a mattress and mattress cover from there when i bought my first house and it was the best purchase I ever made! I went back a few days ago to look for new night stands to go in my bedroom since we were doing some redecorating and to my surprise Jonathan was there! Jonathan was the one that sold me my mattress and mattress cover!!! I remembered him right away and He also recognized me!! which made me feel SPECIAL! He is still very helpful and knowledgeable about his products as he was then. I am not good at making big decisions and Jonathan was patient and understanding thru the hole process from start to finish! He made the process super smooth and easy! I recommend Unclaimed Freight to all my family and friends and I tell them to go see Jonathan at the South Arlington Location off of Cooper! This place is great and if all the employees are like Jonathan then the company is very lucky! Thank you Jonathan for helping me find everything I needed and he even gave me other options for future ideas when I was ready to do more redecorating in my house. thank you again Jonathan ..
