  Nobody wakes up in the morning expecting the house to be flooded. Well, that is what happened to my house. Woke up and the half the house was flooded. What was going to be a simple drying and some touch up wound up being a total house gutting experience for unseen reasons.. Many things did not go well during this period. Once on the road to recovery I had been to pretty much every flooring and tile store the DFW area had to offer. There was one company that kept drawing me in. The Floor Barn. It all starts with customer service and Floor Barn did not disappoint. This is a family owned business and they treated me as if I was part of theirs. As this was my 1st time ever to have a major house rebuild issue, I came with TONS of questions. This staff was extremely patient with me and very informative about the types of products they offer and what is to be expected from all the different types of flooring and tile options that are available. Once ready to move forward with the flooring, The Floor Barn had already won me over. Just before the installation I was contacted by the Floor Barn about another flooring option that just came out which was very similar to what I had chosen originally but they took the time to make sure I was up to date on the upgrades the newer items had. Floor Barn also tiled a restroom that was included in this disaster. Beautiful tile that I had not seen at other stores. I even let the staff know that I am going to buy more of the tile for a future project that is in the early stages. They had my whole house including a restroom completely finished in a day and a half.I can only talk from my experience but I would encourage people to at least stop in and talk to them and give them a chance to perform their magic. They have 2 stores. One in South Arlington and another in Burleson. I worked with the staff at both stores and will continue to rave about the professionalism towards their customers and their promptness to see projects are completed in a timely fashion. Kudos Floor Barn!!!!!!

  My husband and I bought a foreclosed house that needed new flooring over every inch and the amazing team at THE FLOOR BARN were so helpful. They made what seemed overwhelming easy and fun. Then when our church flooded and needed new vinyl flooring we happily recommended the team at THE FLOOR BARN.

  I will have to say that working with this family owned business was a great pleasure. I never once felt pressure to give them my business. I bought laminate for my living room and den and it looks wonderful. When they came out for the estimate, they were punctual, easy to talk with and extremely knowledgeable about their business. The estimate I received from them was the best out of 4 and it was the most detailed. The installers were pleasant, always on time and answered all my questions no matter how trivial and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again in the future.

  We recently bought a 2 story home which needed new flooring in all carpeted areas. We contacted the Floor Barn to come out and give us an estimate on the work needed. Brian arrived on time and was very friendly and professional in manner. He took time to discuss our needs and then went room to room taking measurements. He said we would need to go to the Floor Barn and pick out the flooring we would like included in the estimate and he would have it ready once he had that information. So, I went by and talked to Sue, who was extremely helpful in making recommendations and allowing me to take samples to look over with my husband. As soon as we had an idea of what we liked, we let them know and received our estimate. Once we were ready to order materials, everything went smoothly through completion. We are very happy with our new wood floors in our family room, study and formal dining room. Our stairs were previously carpeted but are now very beautiful done with wood! The carpet we selected for our master bedroom, upstairs living area and bedrooms looks very nice as well. We are very pleased with our experience with the Floor Barn and will definately recommend them to friends and family. Linda Stanley, Crowley, TX
