  I purchased a mattress, box spring, and frame during a July summer sale in 2015. There was only one salesperson working the entire store and he was very pushy. I had told him multiple time I was only interested in a very basic full mattress as I was replacing one in a guest room. He kept trying to push larger sized and more extravagant mattresses and I kept having to explain I didn’t need a queen or king and I already had a frame. I found one in my budget but he insisted I step up to the cushion top version of the same mattress for a little over a hundred more. After much insistence that I did not want it, he agreed to drop the price down to only being forty more than the basic mattress, at that point I was ok with it if it meant getting to leave with a mattress that day. After agreeing on this, he then pushed me to get a bed frame. I had already told him that I already owned a frame, but he kept pushing the point and eventually I went through their catalog and decided to purchase one of their cheapest frames to stay within my budget for a guest bed. The sales rep then told me that I should finance the mattress so I could exceed my budget. After some back and forth, I give in and end up getting a nicer looking wooden frame and box spring after he offered me more discounts. When we finally got to the checkout, he had difficulty ringing it up because the computer kept “timing out” while putting in my purchase and personal information so it took a few tries. Bear in mind I am the only one in the store and this is the only thing he is doing, so I’m not sure what his issue was other than potentially trying to get me to want to leave quicker. I think this because I didn't realize it until I had already signed the paperwork and left, but when the purchase did finally go through, each item in the set were no longer at the verbal discounted rate or the summer sale rate costing me a couple extra hundred dollars. The mattress style and size I ended up purchasing ended up “not being in the back” either after he had told me it was, so I ended up having to come back a week later to get my bed. When I finally received my bed frame, it was drastically overpriced for the flimsy slats of wood I received, held together by a simple catch that wobbled terribly. The frame looked almost nothing like the image in the catalog and seemed very fragile. Their financing company uses a horrid call center to make any kind of payment arrangement. When financing through them, be aware it will hike up your price. My purchase of 758.97 ended up being a total of 1453.92 paid over 13 months. I think if the salesperson had been more upfront about the finance rate I definitely would not have agreed. *Fast forward a few months and come to find the box spring had bed bugs and I'm now having to have my entire apartment treated. The exterminator who came in verified that the box spring was the source. Luckily I got my place treated before it spread anywhere else. I've ended up spending four times the amount I had originally planned for infested pieces of wood and cotton through their exorbitant financing fees, exterminator fees, and lack of promised discounts.

  Got home around 8:00 pm thinking about how wonderful our new bed was going to feel to sleep in for the 1st time. Put the bed frame together, put the foundation on It and unrolled the memory foam mattress and gel mattress. They shipped a full mattress instead of the queen we ordered...... Completely disappointed!!! Called the store to get the right mattress and I get sent to a mail box that is not receiving messages... Yep... Thats been my day😑

  I would not recommend this place. Delivery was over an hour late without notice, we had to call for status 3 times. When the mattress set was delivered along with the pillows, the pillows were unwrapped and used! I called the store and Rick let me know that the covers could be removed and washed - thanks Rick! Update: they also delivered the wrong size bed - full instead of queen

  Awful! I purchased a mattress not even a month ago and I went up there to get my mattress delivered but they had no record of me. They went under new management and did not notify me at all! So pretty much they will not give me my mattress but they took my money. I am calling corporate in the morning and the guy that works there Greg is very rude. He did not try and help the situation at all.
