  Completely unhelpful and incompetent staff. There is legitimately NO service that will be provided what-so-ever. You will be draining your money down the toilet if you go here. Avoid this place like the plague. I arrived for my hydrotherapy session today and the girl at the front desk, (barely looking up from her food simply), didn't ask for my name or anything and simple stated, "in the back." Confused, I walked down the hall and saw nobody anywhere, no idea where to go, and eventually went back to the girl eating her food. Like a normal human being, I asked if she could tell me where I should be, what I should do. She reluctantly got up frustrated, and proceeded to provide the most basic of service. Once changed in a room, I waited for someone to direct me to where I would need to go, and after some time the only other human being in this place walked past my room and said, "oh..." and told me to follow her to another room where the machine was. She quickly pointed to the monstrous machines and pointed at a tube and gave me a quick 10 second instruction to "stick it in me and push this button," and left. Like a normal human being, I asked for more information, which was not provided. After roughly 10 minutes of trying to understand the machine, and noticing the water was freezing cold coming out of the machine (nowhere near 100 degrees), and noticing how unclean and not sanitized the place was, I decided to find the woman. I asked verbatim, "I'm not certain if I'm doing any of this correctly, and need assistance, or else I think it makes sense to leave because I don't feel safe not understanding what to do." The woman responded VERBATIM, "Okay, bye." How on earth does this place even exist? The level of non-service was STAGGERING, and the two employees seemed way more intent on eating their food and doing heck knows what, there is no attention to running the actual business. Complete and utter scam that should be removed from Groupon immediately.

  The TIMM Spa is fabulous! It is a high end spa that caters to health and wellness while you get beautiful all at the same time! I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back!
