::I went in to the store, I was just browsing and the asscociate approached me and said "Can I help you?" I replied "I'm good, no thank you." She walks away, and then comes up to me again. She says "you must get this powder your makeup looks blotchy and oily." I replied to her "well I'm running errands and I went on a jog earlier today. And I already own the Laura mercier translucent powder I have in on right now." The associate replies "well you clearly don't your makeup looks horrible." I walked away. This is no way to treat your customers. I thought that this was going to be a great experience considering how devoted the CEO Marla Beck seemed to her company but that was a overall horrible experience.

::I had a very special event to go to and so I wanted to have my makeup done beforehand. I had scheduled an appointment a month or so in advance. I called back the week of my event and my appointment was not on the books, I was a bit annoyed but I scheduled another appointment for the event during that call. When I came in the day of the event, my appointment was not on the books AGAIN!! Not only that but the staff was unbelievably rude about the situation. They told me they couldn't work with me if I didn't have an appointment. I don't write reviews too often but this situation made me very upset and disappointed and I can't recommend going here.
