  Unfortunately I can’t recommend Dr.Chaboki. I saw him for the Botox in the jaw area. After discussing all probable outcomes, he forgot to mention that I might end up with asymmetrical smile. And I did! When I smile, people are asking me what is wrong with my face! It’s one thing when you are willing to go with procedure when you know what might happen, and it’s totally different when you were not warned!!

  I came into Dr. Chaboki's office to discuss my options for a Rhinoplasty procedure to improve the profile of my nose after a bad nose break resulted from a soccer injury a few years back. Dr. Chaboki did a great job outlining my options for me and appropriately setting exceptions. In the end I ended up committing to the Rhinoplasty as well as Septoplasty and Turbinate Reduction to help improve my breathing & appearance. All of this work was done in the same procedure and I can say today that my nose looks great and breathing is much improved. Dr. Chaboki was very thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chaboki to anyone considering similar procedures, and I plan on coming back for follow up procedures as well!

  I highly recommend Dr Houtan Chaboki to those who need plastic surgery and ENT medication. I had a broken nose. it has been broke two times. also I have done 2 times surgery overseas, but I didn't get a good result. I live all my life without breathing normally. also my nose shape was changed. doctors overseas gave me hope but after operation I did not receive a good result and I had very much pain after those operations. when I came to USA I met Dr Chaboki, who is very supportive and did my 3rd surgery. He met me many times before and after surgery to make sure everything is going well. He took cartilage from my ear and put it in my nose. I have never been waited more that 5minuets before appointments and in every appointment he was asking me if I have any questions. Even he provided me his cell phone number so if I had any issue I would be able to call him directly. Now I don't have any problem with breathing and I like the shape of my nose. I am so happy with the surgery. Dr Chaboki and his team is wonderful.

  Awesome surgery! Dr. Chaboki and his team knew just what I needed to breath and hear better. I am still swollen but automatic hearing and feeling the drain on my left side.

  I went to Dr. Chaboki looking for botox on my forehead. He said my forehead my droop if he did that and recommended fillers for the little lines I had. $700 later, my forehead looks worse, the worst $700 I ever spent in my life. Another person did botox on me several weeks later and it looks fantastic. Not an experienced botox injector at all.
