  No plain bagels … no problem that happens, my husband ordered no whip looked like we got extra maybe they heard him wrong. But my croissant sandwich was cold in the middle so comparing this location to the rest I’ll pass

  Every time I go there in the evening, the always tell me all their items are sold except coffee. Seems fishy, it can’t be happening everyday . One day the restaurant doors were locked and the drive thru was backed all the way to michigan ave, I order from the app and had to leave my order there because the line didnt move an inch for over 30 min. I dont know, this is by far the worst tim i have ever seen. I am sorry but I have to be honest.

  Paid for an online order. I got there they didn’t have barely anything that I ordered,Staff did try replacing all missing items. One of the substitutes: I ordered Tim bits and they replaced the missing muffins for more timbits. Cool. But then I noticed when I left it was 20 chocolate ones. Def didn’t order one flavor. Tried to refund employee gave me partial refund even though I returned everything. Called support they said ask the manager because they have no control over online order refunds. Went to store they said contact support. So do not go here because you will not be fully refunded if you pay for something they don’t have and they will expect you to take any replacement they throw at you.

  The lady at the windows threw away my receipt and didn’t ask if i wanted it, so please tell me why i was charged $6.50 for a single sandwich when the menu said it was $4.28?? It may seem like not a big deal, but people are struggling in this economy and you can’t just be overcharging like that. Not to mention my egg was overcooked and green in some spots, so i ended up tossing it. Wont be coming back to this one.

  Terrible. Always terrible. Old coffee and absolutely no glaze on timbits.. None. just baked plain timbits.. no one cares at all anymore. So sad. So, Tim Hortons corporate, myself and I'm sure like many others will stop going to Tim Hortons eventually because the service is not good, food is not good to begin with but can't even be prepared properly by your miserable employees. The apathetic attitude of your employees at every location I've had the displeasure of visiting is astounding. Too bad because Tim Hortons coffee is my favorite. I guess I'll just brew it at home instead and avoid the constant disappointment at your store locations. 1/22/2023 UPDATE---I reluctantly had to visit this location due to unforseen circumstances. I was expecting the same as last visit and I can happily say that was not the experience I got today. The employee at the window was smiling, cheerful. I got my order quickly and it was correct. The bagel was perfectly toasted and the amount of raisins in it was impressive and also not to mention the application of the amount of cream cheese was spot on. The coffee that I love was absolutely perfect, hot and fresh. I will say service this snowy Sunday in Michigan was superb. Good job!! 👍
