  The service we experience at this location is the kind of excellence we expected before the pandemic - a friendly atmosphere and staff, attentive attitudes and superior time management. The staff along with the manager, Anne, always go the extra mile for the new patrons just as much as they do for us regulars. One of Michigan's last wonder restaurants! Highly recommended!

  Ate dinner there last night. Have good memories of this restaurant chain from my hometown. We had a new waitress, she was very pleasant and still learning. She did a fantastic job, was really impressed. She got our order correct, even suggested some things and kept our drinks filled. The food was fantastic and the salad bar to die for, just like I remembered. We really enjoyed the meal, the atmosphere and the food. Kudos to our waitress though b/c she made her job look effortless.

  Stopped in at Ruby Tuesday today because the one in my hometown closed. I was pretty disappointed by the food. The only thing that was good was the broccoli and the mozzarella sticks and even those were a little salty and the marinara was not good at all. My boyfriend enjoyed his nachos. I got the hickory bourbon chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli but as I stated I wasn’t a fan. The chicken tasted fake, the sauce was too thin, the mashed potatoes tasted and looked like instant potatoes, the broccoli was good though. I should have just kept my good memories of Ruby Tuesday from when I had it before.

  Ordered the new chicken sandwich and it was amazing! Our waitress Kellie D was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place. The cheesecake was delicious!

  COVID era & winter storm of '22: Its pandemic and a winter storm so I didn't complain. Sat myself as I usually carryout, so not sure if I was suppose to or not. Nonetheless the waitress attend immediately. Enjoyed and got full off the salad bar. Burger was not eatable .. Imo at least. Also was a little put off by other patrons not using the provided plastic gloves for salad bar (possible allergy... Idk) Will request burger to be cooked well done next time. The l waitress was great and friendly AND essential. 2nd visit: 2 for$24 and mule Monday. Everything was great this time
