  Franchise owners are poor business people. Often understaffed, old / expired ingredients will be used, unclean store and food will be prepared in unsanitary manner. Further they no longer honor corporate subway promotions or coupons.

  I’m familiar with this subway so this isn’t a 1 a done review. I’ve in this area my entire life and they consistently use old and or bad tasting products, and HEAVILY overprice. What will cost you 7 dollars normally they will bump up to 12 some way or another by adding 3 slices of meat without asking you or just flat out stealing your money. I get the same sandwhich every time I go there and I’m okay with a fluctuation of a dollar or 2 but they just charged me an extra 6 dollars for nothing. I’m convinced the owner is telling them to overcharge because I go to subway a lot and very few operate like this.

  I probably eat subway 2-4x a month. I've tried at least 20 locations. Never in the history of ever, have I been charged $7.45 for a SIX inch veggie. No avocado, no veggie patty, nothing extra. Then to top it off the skimped on all the veggies! I will never use this location again.

  The last three times my fiance and I came here, they say they're open and there's not an employee in sight, as well as the door being locked. Every time was in the middle of the day, sign and website says they're open, however when we arrived, they were not open. This is completely unacceptable. It's a repeated behavior, and we will NEVER be visiting this location again! If I could rate this zero stars,I absolutely would.

  This is old bread, not fresh at all . I’ve complained multiple time and still get the same old bread. Now it’s time to STOP going to this location (Cherryhill, west of Lilley rd.) Spread the word. Old bread served here 👍
