::I love Tiffanys. Cakes and cupcakes are delicious. The strawberry shortcake is a longtime family favorite. Edit: had my mother go in and order a cake and the staff didn't know how to put in a cake order, was also quoted a higher price than I was quoted from the manager. My mother was there for an hour because they had to call a manager to put in the order and ask how much the cake was. My sisters bridal shower cake was darker in color than was asked for. We asked that the cake be the color in the background behind the cake and get lighter as it goes up. Despite all of that the did look beautiful and was very delicious. Need to work on their customer service skills. Picture below.

::Good bakery. Great Coffee. They have the best strawberry shortcake. The staff is friendly . I also like their Yogurt but they gave me Fork instead of a Spoon!? The cashier said that they don't have a spoon and "I don't think the Manager knows "......

::My boss bought two cakes from this bakery for the holiday office party and both cakes tasted very dry and had no icing between the layer's of the cakes. He spoke with someone at the bakery on how the cakes tasted. He was told that the cakes were made as order. I think the bakery does a sloppy job making cakes. I believe I can do a better job. I plan on making my own birthday and holiday cakes.

::I ordered a cake for my birthday last week (Feb. 22nd) and specified what I wanted. I asked for a pic to be printed on top and words to be written along the sides* not on one side. So the writing on my cake was so SLOPPY and jammed on the smallest part of the cake’s side. I didn’t look at the cake because it was picked up by my mom and I didn’t open it until that Saturday. So although the top of the cake looked nice, I really did not like the writing. Also the cake was stale in 2 days. They really need better packaging. Will not order from them again. Definitely wasn’t worth $45.
