Best french Bakery in Philly. The owner is a very nice french guy who just moved here and his pastries are AMAZING. I ordered from here for my birthday and everyone loved it. Definitely a hidden gem!

This place is cute as heck. The owners (who were working the counter this morning) are friendly and have wonderful accents. I had the spinach and salmon quiche and it was superb. The selection of other pastries were equally fantastic. I am not a coffee drinker, so I can't comment on that, but they have a nice selection of bagged teas. The teas aren't anything special, but good. The seating is lovely with a big, 3-sided window area and large french doors (obviously) for when it's nice out (it wasn't today). The overall experience was wonderful.

Extremely authentic and delicious French pastries. The owner is very friendly and classically trained. It's refreshing to find a French bakery owner in Philadelphia who is actually French! The decor is clean and bright, with elegant details to give it that modern European touch. The pastries took me to the steps of the Louvre and back. So delicious and authentic.

First off, the actual bakery shop is great for a casual meet-up, a study session, or just a delicious break in your day. The desserts are light and moderately sweet, so you'll be sure not get a sugar high. When I visited, the place wasn't busy, so it was nice and quiet; however, I imagine this place will soon get a lot of attention and possibly lose that serenity it now enjoys. From the pastries, I really enjoyed the Napoleon cake: I'm a bit used to the creamy taste of the Russian version of this pastry, but the one I tasted here was crispier and much lighter. Second, I ordered my wedding cakes here, and they were superb. We wanted something tasteful and unique—the French cakes that Sebastian suggested definitely were all that and more. The cakes were made of the choux pastries you can also get separately at the shop. So overall, this place is great for both a casual drop-in and a more high-end order. Great job and keep it up!
