  What a GREAT historic spot!! Very romantic, well appointed rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous bar. Yummy Chinese restaurant. We'll definitely be back

  Ho soggiornato al Whitehall per 2 notti per motivi di lavoro. La posizione dell'hotel è buona. La camera di dimensioni giuste. Per tutto il soggiorno in camera ho sentito un pesante odore di cloro. Un'altra cosa che poi non accetto è la presa della corrente più vicina per caricare il telefono sta dall'angolo opposto della stanza... Con la speranza che la mattina riuscivo a sentirla. Nel complesso una buona struttura. C'ero già stato e forse ci tornerò

  I loved staying here. The location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a little bit of a rough start when arriving with the check in lady, but after that everything went so smoothly. Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Surgery Center so if you’re having a procedure done by Dr. Haney please use this location. The short wheelchair ride back to your room makes all the difference. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotel beds but these beds were extremely comfortable. The doormen were so nice and helped with luggage checking in and out. The check out process was a lot easier and the lady that assisted me was nicer too. We’re definitely staying here again when we visit Chicago. The rooms don’t come equipped with refrigerators or microwaves but they are readily provided at your request. Ice is also provided as well. The incidentals are $75 per day so that was shocking and should’ve been mentioned up front when booking, so be mindful of that.

  Good hotel. Got upgraded to a suite because the overbooked my room. Which was fine. Huge room, two bathrooms. Had water spots on the bay window and the ceiling - but good view and right across the street from the surgical center. Good location, nice staff.

  We enjoyed our stay at the Whitehall-where we stayed for a quick overnight to Chicago. Check in and check out was quick, any staff we encouraged were courteous and friendly-offering service or assistance any time. We hung out in the lounge one evening, that was really cute with attentive service and good drinks with lots of options for types of seating. We happened to get a top floor room with a nice view through downtown which was fun. Room was clean and pretty, very cozy. We'd definitely go back!
