  Wonderful staff! Feels very cramped inside. Room was comfortable and amenities were adequate but i was surprised there was no coffee maker in the room.

  I spent one night at the Kimpton and everything was provided exactly as needed. The rooms were spotless and quiet. The staff is extremely helpful; the smoke detector in my room was out of battery and they came to my room to immediately change it. Nothing more I'd expect out of the stay.

  First and only hotel we've been in for Chicago. The service is great, and location is amazing. The room is massive and beautiful. The gym is pretty good for a hotel gym. The food served is very good and if I were to return to Chicago, this would be the hotel. It's surrounded by nearby restaurants all over the place that are amazing and it's a short cab ride to many museums like the Art Institute of Chicago and other things.

  Really nice hotel. Lobby is tiny, but it is connected to sable's bar. Lobby does have a nice fireplace. Appears to have free wine that ends at 6pm. Rooms are big and nice. Has a pool and a decent hotel gym. In summer has a rooftop terrace on the 17th floor that looks nice. Solid 4 star hotel, would have no reservations suggesting others to stay here.

  An impressive hotel. Centrally located and within walking distance to all central attractions and also the subway. The welcome was warm and friendly the bedroom was warm & fresh. Rooms are a good size with plenty of room to work and move around. There a pool and gym located on the top floor. Overall a very good stay in a very good 4* hotel.
