  Quick check-in. Very nice employees. Great location-- nice area and walking distance to restaurants. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I'd stay here again.

  Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Location is very convenient. The rooms are well furnished, but a bit worn.

  The service was great; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs as well. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and bars from the hotel, which was extremely convenient. Overall, the hotel was clean, decorated well, and comfortable. They also provided a free continental breakfast, and included two entries to the bar Howl at the Moon when we checked in, which was a nice and unexpected surprise.

  I didn’t find it to be loud at all it was very quiet and I enjoyed it. The workout room was nice and while there Chicago had its first snow of the year. Fun place to stay in the loop. It’s just cold up in Chicago. The view was amazing. I added a picture of me in the awesome work out room. I will definitely be back, but in the summer!! I don’t know how you all do that cold. Thanks again!
