  What's not to like about the Home Depot? They have just about everything you need to keep your home in good repair. This trip was for light bulbs...floodlights specifically. I was amazed at the scope of selection. There are: halogen, compact florescent and LED with choices in color of the light. Now it takes longer to get what you need because of the decision making process. However, they have it all.

  Standing in return line for 20 minutes with 1 person doing returns while the manager and at least 4 others look at the long return line and then look the other way. Normally someone will jump in to help the return line. Not at this store. This is on Saturday 5/19 night. Manager standing around doing nothing. Ethan the person at returns (very nice guy) tried paging someone to help multiple times. Manager looked over then walked the other way. Line was to the door.

  I was so impressed by all the assistance I received in the lumber department. I needed some lumbar for my small garden. They cut my boards after help picking them out. Also placed them in my car after I folded down the back seats. Wow ! I was quite pleased with this purchase.

  Employees are always helpful. This week I went to get fence panels and they were only a few items out on the floor, Kelvin was able to assist, he walked with me through out the store until he was able to locate the panels I needed, He assisted me with taking the bulky items to the register, he was also willing to help load the items to the car. Great service indeed.

  I looked online, and saw that certain items may be in stock - but you need to call the store to see if they are. So I called the Aspen Hill store, and tried to see if that had specific seed packets in the garden center - don't want to waste time on a trip there if not in stock. The first time I called a woman transferred me somewhere, and the phone kept ringing, being picked up, and then ringing again. This went on for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back only to get transferred to the flooring department. I only have this review one star because the man in flooring was polite, and attempted to answer my question. The customer service in this store is pathetic. I will never step foot in it.
