  A fancy pants shoe store that doesn't live up to the Frye name. The only Frye product, which claims to be "the standard in American footwear" actually made in the states is the marketing. Every time we asked for a shoe in brown, they brought us black instead. Do yourself a favor, go to Flouavog down the street, they're better made and far more stylish.

  I wish I did not like their shoes as much as I do. I spend too much money here... but it is worth every penny. Expect a break in period, because it is all real leather. The only pair I do not LOVE are the ones I bought a 1/2 size bigger than I should have.

  Staff were very helpful, but couldn't conceal their frustration when I told them I wasn't going to buy that day. The store has 5 sales people on sunday and is usually empty, what's the deal with that? Are they paying these people by commission alone?

  The staff were very professional and very attentive. The store has a wide selection of high quality fashionable boots. I purchased a pair of boots 4 years ago and they still look brand new. I recently purchased another pair of boots and couldn't be happier with my purchase.
