::During our stay in Dc of course I had to stop by the famous Georgetown shopping district, entered Steve Madden and was greeted by Diana Caceres. So nice, so sincere, ended up buying 3 pairs cause of her. Thank you so much Diana for all your help! Next time I’m in town - I’ll make sure to stop by again!

::They have an amazing sale going on for the spring BOGO50! This was my first time walking into the Steve Madden of Georgetown. I was attended with amazing customer service even though there were several customers in the store. I would highly recommend seeing Diana Caceres (hope I spelled it right?) to help you find what you're looking for! She was VERY friendly, attentive and professional. I bought 5 pairs of shoes!! Her recommendations were perfect for the the type of shoes I was looking for, and the sale was unbeatable! I will definitely be returning to buy more shoes and see her again!

::Diana Caceras was simply amazing, she provided excellent customer service and it did not matter to her, how many shoes we tried on - until we found the right ones .With a new job in hand, I was in desperate need of some professional dress shoes. Most times I associate Steve Madden with just women's shoes, but was blown away by the variety of shoes they had and the prices.
