  I order shoes and now I still didn't get shoes. Or I can get my money back. They want me to bring them the shoes to get my money back, the shoes I am still waiting for two weeks and I didn't relieved it.

  Absolutely unprofessional store! Wanted to return something during my 30min lunch break and the doors were closed! No signage, nothing, to indicate why the store would be closed at 1330hrs, since the opening hours clearly state that the hours are 11-9pm. I am frustrated that I wasted my lunch break on this and will not be going to this particular ALDO branch in the future. When I tried to call them at 1400hrs, there was still no one there. They could surely use a lesson in customer service.

  found a good variety of shoes, lots of them with reasonable pricing

  Took my wife shopping here on a DC trip and she loved it. I have the receipts to prove it.....
