  The best carpet cleaning New York company has done a great job cleaning my carpets twice in the last two years. They looked like new both times. The service agents arrived promptly, were polite and friendly and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again.

  Fantastic service! These company are great. I found this Rug cleaning company  through a google search. I  never  did before rug cleaning prior to this experience. After getting a surprisingly good estimate on  the phone I decided to give them a shot! Not knowing much about rug cleaning businesses it was instantly evident these guys are masters! Their equipment seemed to have all bells and whistles! The guys were definitely down to earth, quick and efficient,no charge for pick up and delivery  my AREA rug. good job.

  I was doing party with my friends in my house and we were drinking wine, suddenly one of my friend spilled wine on the sofa. My wife was very angry. So, I called Bestcarpetcleaning company in New York and they said that they could help me to make my wife happy. They came immediately to pick up the sofa in my house. They were on time and they did really good job. When they bring the sofa back to my house, my wife was so happy again. It was like brand new and they used fresh organics instead of bad environmental chemicals. We are really grateful to this company for helping us.

  I had a short turnaround time, because I was getting ready for Thanksgiving holiday and the guys came to my house within 30 minutes and had the rug cleaned within an hour. Previously the rug had been overcome by pet stains, wine spots, urine odor and a lot of dirt - I thought it wasn't salvageable. The guys were able to get the wrinkles and waves out as well as the odor. Affordable price for such fast workmanship, worth it. Matt, he's really passionate about his work, and I do believe I would call him again for other cleaning needs.

  I submitted a request for a quote Saturday late morning for a rug and sofa cleaning. I received a call from MATT that afternoon (I was already impressed by this). He scheduled to come to my apartment the next day btwn 1-3 (Next day? Again, impressed). MATT called letting me know he was on his way in 20 minutes. When he arrived, he assessed the carpet and told me that honestly, the carpet might not be worth cleaning, as it was a cheaper wool carpet. He showed me the cracks on the back side. I really appreciated his honesty, as I had thought about getting rid of it anyway. He assessed my sofa that had been soiled by my cats. He gave me two options - a steam cleaning for a lower price and deep cleaning for higher. Given the reason for the soiling, I went for the deep cleaning. I expect him to schedule a cleaning. Instead, he went down to his truck and came back with all of his equipment. I think the cleaning took about an hour and he showed me the dirty water after. I now have a clean and fresh smelling sofa! MATT advised me to call them immediately if my cats soil it again, not to wait and try to clean it myself. So far, I am so glad I bestcarpetcleaningnewyork
