  Don't go there for dry cleaning. I just moved to Stuytown and was looking for a new dry cleaner. My girlfriend's blazer came back with the same stain still on it. My shirts weren't dry cleaned. They did not have the paper tag through the button hole that signifies 'this shirt was cleaned.' They weren't pressed. If they were laundered, they were extremely poorly laundered. Using Crystal Cleaners was a waste of money and time.

  JoAnne and her team are excellent and proficient in both laundry and alterations! I've used her exclusively in my time spent in the city.

  Anyone around the area, or going to Beth Israel hospital...I think is probably the best spot. 2 shirts and suit...cleaned and pressed was 11 bucks for same day, if in by 9:30am. Done by like 5pm. Prices seemed VERY good for NYC standards, and people were very friendly and nice. Operation doesn't have fancy bells or whistles or is spacious, but who really cares. I enthusiastically recommend this place!

  Called and had them pickup and deliver. Service was efficient, friendly. Clothes came back clean (wash and fold and dry clean). They are much better than Symphony, and cheaper too!

  I love these guys. For Tailoring. I've never gotten my laundry or drop-off done here, so I can't speak to that. But their tailoring is excellent, and CHEAP. I'm talking half the prices of other places. To hem a pair of pants. They can do all the same stuff, like keep the original bottom of the hem if you want. I went in once and even asked if I can have it back in a few hours and she said yes - no additional charge (don't expect that always of course, but that was a nice one-off). This is not the fanciest tailor by any stretch of the imagination, but they do a great job, at a great price and with a friendly smile. Thanks guys!
