  Stayed two nights. Both nights, there was an altercation in the parking lot or on the balcony right outside of our room. Drugs and drunks are more common here than quiet nights. Stay away.

  Had a great experience. Mike was there keeping us floating happily. Everything was clean and inviting. Loomis like something new was being built too!

  This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. I would understand this quality had I booked into a motel but not a hotel with (apparently) a rating of 5 stars!! The air in the room was damp so much so that the sheets felt a little damp. Th A/C sounded like a motorcycle. The bathroom was vile. We did not stay at the hotel even though we were only due to stay 3nights, we checked out and into somewhere else instead. Do not book here. Thereare nicer hotels for the same cost. Positives: although I didn't use it the pool/bat area seemed nice with a good atmosphere. The staff we encountered were friendly. The bed sheets, although damp, seemed nice.

  A little tropical paradise in South Tampa. The pool has a bar. The bartender, Mike, was awesome. He was attentive and friendly. The basic rooms are decent, a little out of date, but very clean. The suites are definitely worth the extra money. Plenty of space and some of them have private balconies.

  Nice place. Not a 5 star hotel but it was clean conveniently located for me. The night ckerk, house keepers and restaurant staff were all 5 star people. First hotel stay for me that 100% of the employees were great. Really liked their choice of music in the lobby & restaurant.
