  This particular Embassy Sure was very aesthetically pleasing. The lobby was probably top 2 nicest looking Embassy lobbies I've seen. The bartenders in the restaurant bar were friendly and helpful when we got a drink one night and needed to borrow their wine opener the next night.

  A standard three star Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel. Perks are the bigger rooms you get, decent hot breakfast in the mornings and proximity to the Westshore mall and most importantly it's barely a 5 minute drive to Tampa Airport. They do have semi decent meeting and conference rooms. Makes it a convenient location if you want to host something in the Tampa Bay area. There is plenty of self parking options available and valet parking at around 7 bucks if you so choose. Check out the attached picture.

  Lost and found has told me they have the things my daughter left in our room and has failed to follow through with returning them now after 3 weeks. After 2 emails to Herbert, half dozen voicemails I have left, 3 phone conversations with other different employees at the hotel that assured me they would “make sure” my request would be followed up on, I still don’t have my daughter’s things. Last night the person that answered said the log showed I had called and they still had our property, took my information again, and claimed he would follow up to make sure UPS called me today and would also call me to make sure it was all taken care of. Guess what? No call from either UPS or Embassy Suites. I called back tonight to find out what happened and got voicemail again. Really?!?! Not exactly the kind of customer service I would expect from a Hilton hotel. After writing this review yesterday, today UPS called. Thank you Embassy Suites for finally resolving this.

  Thank you Robin Shows, Director of Sales & Marketing and Greg Ciaccio, General Manager for hosting our Tampa Bay Women in Tourism luncheon today. It was a huge success. You exceeded our expectations with the fresh Hydrangeas and beautiful table decor. The Shepard's pie was the best I have ever had. Please thank your outstanding team for all of us!

  The rooms are spacious. They have a separate room for the refrigerator and sink. The bedroom is isolated nicely from the living areas. The free breakfast and happy hour drinks (5pm to 7pm) are awesome. Right across the street from and indoor mall. The TVs are huge. Pay to park is not so nice, but other than that I recommend.
