  Elevators were broken off and on forum my 3 day stay. Many of the hall staff didn't speak English to help you figure out how to get upstairs if the elevators are broken and the stairs are closed. Irritating all around. But nice hotel. Very cool rainforest vibe in the middle. Lounge on-site.

  Let’s start with the best part, fresh fruit for breakfast!! Their breakfast bar has great fresh fruit and other hot and cold items so be sure to book a room with breakfast included. The front desk was very helpful in extending our stay and giving us a late check out. Hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are a great size. Only complaint would be the beds are really hard. Plenty of free parking.

  Room didn't have hot water, fire alarm chirped all night, safe did not work, room service did not clean room between nights I was there. Two day stay and they couldn't even get past 1 star. One compliment, front desk staff were courteous.

  Great hotel with awesome amenities. The room was very spacious and the king bed was super comfortable. We loved that the sitting area AND bedroom had big sized flat screen TV's. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room service and breakfast buffet from St James Resturaunt (theirs) was really good! Had an issue with our plumping and it was taken care of by the manager the next day and he was very attentive as well as understanding when I expressed certain points with him. The rooms are very family friendly and so are the features the hotel offers its guests!

  Had to do 4 days worth of pick up and drop offs for a film group staying at the hotel. I was able to use the services with ease and get a cup of coffee for free. The sitting areas were wonderful and the staff was nice. There was this young receptionist with black hair who I shortly chatted with, never got her name but she recognized the character on my shirt from an obscure game. She was cool, sucks I never got her name. Anyway point is the staffs really cool and helpful.
