  Worst Taco Bell ever, would give less stars if possible. Staff has no sense of urgency, drive through doesn't work half the time.

  Worst place in colorado. They literally suck at their jobs. If you hate your job quit. I work over here and sometimes just need food. Unless your ok with waiting 20 mins in the drive thru with one car ahead of you don't bother. I'm thinking of contacting taco bell Corp to get their franchise rev0ked for being so horrid

  There should be a way to give negative Stars. We spent more than 20 minutes in the drive thru, then they got the order wrong (blamed on having a young employee in training, which would never be cause for compliant for me - he will make errors, especially at first), but the woman at the window was absolutely rude to us about it. The food was terrible: thrown together carelessly, wrong ingredients, added ingredients, missing ingredients. The last time we had come here to eat, they didn't have KFC that day, because the (only?) person who knew how to cook the chicken did not come to work. Then the woman who was apparently in charge of the shift chewed out another employee right in front of the customers. Where was the GM then? The GM of this restaurant must really not care. I have only ever bothered to write one other written complaint. This one deserves it. My recommendation? Do. Not. Go. Here. Ever.

  Miserable place to get food, especially in the drive through. They just ignored me once, I went to the window and they looked at me several times and ignored me again. So I left. I decided to give them another chance and try again, and they took my order, but never actually got it to me. The people in the drive through before me left too. Going inside gets you surly treatment, but at lease you usually leave with typical Taco Bell junk food. That food is not worth that poor treatment.

  I would give it a zero if i could. Ordered and waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Everyone in front of me leaveing without food. I get to the window. "We are really busy". My ONE burrito was still not ready. Drive away. I cant believe this place is still in business!
