::Great format. Lots of windows and in the summer everything opens for a nice open air feel. Prices are very reasonable. Service is attentive and personal. Food is delicious. Ketchup was so good. Location in a nice area of Five Points is a plus too.

::Amazingly quick, you order from one of many touch screens and are served over-the-counter. Affordable, quality food and the waitstaff is wonderful. Never been? They are more than happy to guide you through the process. Trust me, you'll definitely visit more than once!

::The food was decent, but the service received 30 minutes before closing was very rushed and pushy. Do not make the offer that the customers can dine in if you really want your lobby to close at 9:30pm. The machine is an interesting idea if customers would like to use it, but there should also be a person for those who aren't tech savvy. I also didn't like the fact that there were items missing from my meal. What I did eat was pretty decent, but the experience I had turned me off. I would like to give it another try, but I'm not up for the same experience honestly for a slightly above average chicken sandwich.

::Food is delicious and fresh. I live so close to this place I could eat here every day. Their milkshakes are made with real desserts. The employees are amazing too. Highly recommend. They have some really great vegetarian salad options too if you don't eat chicken.

::I was turned onto this place by one of my friends about 7 or 8 months ago and I am SERIOUSLY addicted. Their food is out of this world and you order and customize everything on a touchscreen which I loveeeee. Everyone I’ve encountered here has been so friendly and accommodating and Tim is probably the nicest person on the planet. I love love love this place!!
