  It would have been better if they had everything on the menu, however multiple items weren't available. A reflection of poor management.

  Girl had serious attitude upon me walking into the shop. Then said "whatever" and gave me over $3 in quarters and then asked her manager for singles. Like I could have waited so I dont have an insane amount of coins especially when i handed her change so I would get more bills back. My pizza looked horrible and not like an extra most bestest I've gotten at any other ceasers. Dont go here

  We went for 2 regular pepperoni, 1 cheese, and a deep dish pepporoni and had a 45 minute wait. We had 4 people also waiting 20-30 minutes along side us. A total of 3 people in the lobby where served and it was nowhere near busy. Nobody even came up to the counter to tell us a ETA or anything at all. While we were waiting there were two or three employees that just walked out without saying a word. With atleast one of them being a manager. When our pizzas where finally ready the girl working just handed them to us without saying a word and walked back off. They were also blasting really loud and profain music on their own speakers. I will never be going back to this location again.

  Literally never have the 'hot and ready' pizzas ready. Most of the staff is more into chatting amongst themselves and listening to their own music to take your order...if you respect yourself you will avoid this location. The entire staff here needs to be replaced with competent people

  When I ordered a single pepperoni pizza I was told it would be about a 10 minute wait. I waited for more than 15 minutes and finally stepped back up to the counter. There were 3 young ladies chatting with her so I waited about 5 more minutes before being addressed. In that time one of the young ladies asked the girl at the counter if she would hook her up with free chicken if she bought a pizza. She said of course she would and gave her 2 pepperoni pizzas and a container of chicken. Total cost was less than $6. When the girl behind the counter finally asked me what I needed I reminded her that I was still waiting for my pizza. She told me it was going to be a few more minutes. I scolded her I had watched several people come in and be served immediately. She told me they were all her friends. I told her I wanted the next one up whether her friends came in or not. She reached behind herself and gave me 1 as it came up. I asked for my dipping sauce that I had paid for and she got nasty with me tossing one on the counter. I will never come to this location again and will not be bringing passengers to this store. I generally bring more than a dozen people to this location as a driver. Never again.
