  For the most part, the guys working here provided us with the information we needed to upgrade a phone. Was kind of caught off guard with a "Upgrade Fee" that was added to our upgrade and we were informed that this fee was applied to all T-Mobile plans that do not have the Jump program. Which is odd, considering I swapped my personal phone out several months ago from a Samsung Galaxy S6 to an unlocked Google Pixel (which T-Mobile does not sell) and I was not charged this silly "Upgrade Fee".

  Asked to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile, could get any help at this place. Guys don’t have correct info regarding T-Mobile plans. Done it at different location.

  I just switched from At&t to TMobile and Christian and Josh made it amazing! Christian kicked my husband and I off with the process (we had a couple of hiccups with our phones being locked) - he explained all we needed to know about hotspots, speed of internet and overseas phone usage (which were our top 3 concerns). He got us started on our phone and Josh completed it for us a few days later. Josh saved us a ton of money on accessories and even talked to me about the pros and cons of getting a new phone. I haven't been to any cell phone carrier that's willing to be honest and not upsell you for their own benefit. I highly recommend this kiosk if you're in the market for a new carrier or new phone through TMobile. Thank you both!!!

  I have been using Boost Mobile for less than a month and have had nothing but problems with them. Recently my 3 of my daughters switched to T-Mobile and are very satisfied with your service. I told them I was so dis-satisfied with Boost that I was going to get a Prepaid SIM with T-Mobile while I am here in the US visiting from my overseas home. When we approached the Kiosk Josh was busy, but took the time to say he would get right with us. Less than 2 minutes later he began to assist me. After a very short conversation he understood my needs and suggested that my daughter avail of the Promo ending that day that would allow her to add a third line to her existing account for no additional charge. This suggestion and service solves so many problems for me. I am very pleasantly pleased with this whole transaction and will highly recommend your company to any one whether they ask me or not.

  Five stars all the way. These guys (Chris, Christian, and another nice gentleman I believe named Taylor) were all super helpful and nice. Best experience I've had with a carrier. They were knowledgeable about products, prices, and just genuinely cool people. Ended up switching over from the iPhone 6 to the Galaxy S7 Edge thanks to these guys and after two days I couldn't be happier.
