The store is not located where Google Maps takes you! It is located across the street next to Hooters and Chase Bank

Even after I got my notification that the order was ready to pick up. And also of the customer representative had call me and let me know the order was ready for me. They were not able to Find it. Took long time. Representative not knowledgeable of their products, they brought out 3 different models of headphones prior to get me the right one.

So, this is a pretty cheap place to buy a phone. They offer the phones much cheaper than what you could get them for at the carrier store. However, they love to upsale thier protection program. It sounds great until you try to use it. It absolutely sucks and basically covers nothing. The screen broke on my phone and I was almost positive I was told it did cover that. Well apparently not, I should have gone with the carrier's insurance. Oh well, lessened learned.

Don't ever buy a geek squad protection plan. I have had a Geek Squad protection plan on my phone(s) for the past 4 years ($7-$10 a month). I just cracked my LG G3 and was told that they can't repair it (without even looking at it) and that I have to pay $149.99 for a new refurbished phone. If you look at their kiosks the plan says, "protects against cracks and spills." No where does it say you have to pay a $149.99 fee to replace it. You shop at places like Best Buy in hopes of a great warranty, protection and customer service. Best Buy, however, operates on a terrible warranty not explained properly, terrible protection and no customer service. In all, if you want a cell phone, go directly to that carrier and stop letting Best Buy take a cut of your money.
