  I was just in this store a guy named benny helped my mom out with a new phone treated her like family I was very happy. Helped with the price was on hold with customer service for a while to find out why my next pay cost is high I didn't even know but he was honest explained everything to my mom and was very patient with her I'm definitely coming back to this store for benny for all my purchases.

  armando castro after reading your review you are wrong about my sales rep benny he does look out for customers and explains things to a tee for a customer to understand everything explained and gives you a set price on everything for the monthly cost never had a problem on my bill ever working with him. if you cant pay your bill on time or donot have enough to pay for something then donot take the deals that you cant afford. i never had a problem working with him always goes a bat for me as a customer and gives me acceptional service. even got me a 300.00 credit on something i was still being charged on my account that was supposed to be resolved months ago and it was never by tmobile customer care benny got that squared away. so armando castro watch your mouth about my sale rep you broke and you the charlatan for not being able to pay for something you cant afford. i love going to to the tmobile store they rock always have good energy upon me arriving for all my needs

  This store is the worst and specially that guy named Benny he's the number one charlatan ever, according to him he look out for u to get the best deal but he screw u up real bad, I consider he shouldn't be working at that place, he beg u like kid to help him out that way he gets his commission that's all he cares about . . . He's the real Buffon .

  Personal muy atento y el vendedor que me atendió tiene el conocimiento necesario sobre los servicios. Si van a ir a esta tienda procuren a Benny.

  This store does not have sim cards of their own carrier. Very well-prepared employees and really poor management. How does a carrier company retail store not own their own sim card. Go to other stores. People who are so poorly prepared for such simple thing won't be able to provide you with anything. Save your time and money.
