  Service was amazing, this store is fully staffed. There was a lot of friendly, knowledgeable Sales Associates at this location. My sales person was efficient with completing my Upgrade, I even purchase the Aura speaker for my home along with a screen protector & case!!! The manager on Duty Paul, was awesome energetic and welcoming... I definitely won’t be going back to that 3rd party Sprint on Kearny Ave. No appointment was required I walked right in an got started, I was serviced by the Apple Product Specialist Joao, who also speaks Portuguese... He was Amazing, I dropped goodie bags off for the staff later that day, I was grateful for the Customer service they provided and for transferring everything to my new iPhone 10.

  I have been a loyal Sprint customer for many years, and this location has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Attempted to apply a discount which was offered through my job online, which did not work. Figured I would stop by the store for some help. Once the employees realized that they would not be getting a "sale" from me all I got were blank stares. After multiple attitudes someone agreed to help, but only partly. While he continued to say to me "you can just do this at home" the entire time. In the end he did nothing; sent me away saying you'll get an email with further instructions and then you can "just do it from home". One day later and still no email. Total waste of time. Will never return.

  I came to this Sprint store because the one I typically go to was very busy, and I do not regret it one bit. This will be the store I come to for any of my problems! The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming, The one guy who helped me had exceptional customer service skills. I believe his name was Eddie. He made me feel very comfortable, and did his best to understand my issue. I walked out the store a very happy customer!

  Besides the quality of the product - which was great - the customer service was excellent. I have never met a team who was so well put together and really assisted customers with every question we had. Christian was the rep who helped me in the long process of switching over to sprint. He was very patient and explained things very well to me. This is the only store I will go to for any of my Sprint needs. Good Team.

  Before I went to the store I read these reviews and I was worried but it was the closest store to my house and i refuse to go the store on Kearny Ave due to horrible experience but I was there two days ago and they helped switch my expensive plan to a cheaper plan. The representatives were very helpful and professional. I came in very upset with my bill and I walked out with a cheaper bill and a new phone. Very satisfied with this store. NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!
