  Extremely helpful staff! Andrea is one of the sweetest people i have ever met. I definitely would recommend going to her! shes very knowledgeable on all plans and tries to make it work in your favor! She also will always help you if you call the store! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE! I will never go to the kearny ave store again.

  Very rude and lazy staff. The staff makes you feel like they’re doing any favor to you. Please improve these basic things.

  This store is not at all crowded and offers all the services. The staffs are friendly and there is free parking. They have everyday deals and discounts and the T-Mobile Tuesday offer is great. It is conveniently located along with other shopping stores and eatery.

  Came to this store to buy an Iphone X the girls that work there were just too lazy to go get it to let me see it... not asking to open te box but just to get a feel of it... im getting an Iphone X From tmoble, wanted to be here because of convince, but they are lazy and im not getting it there. If you are reading this, dont expenct their employees to be helpful.. just are just there... like brain dead..
