  Although I bought my piece from here 5 months ago, the "1 year warranty" does not apply if the chain itself pops, only to the crystals. While that is my fault for not reading the fine lines, one of the sales rep -over the phone- quoted me $50 to repair my bracelet- the piece itself was only $129.00. I do not think this location is a good representation of the Swarovski brand as the service in the Westchester location is way better.

  THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- the 2 white girls were nice but that black girl is going to decrease sales- she is horrible and rude.

  Beautiful new renovated store! Staff was very professional, and helpful.
