Very disappointed and dissatisfied I have been waiting four hours and the doctor has not came in to see my child yet. When I inquired when the doctor would come I was ignored. Seems like they have no empathy or compassion. Will definitely choose another hospital from now on. People deserve compassionate, good care. I have no idea how many more hours it will take the doctor to come.

Don’t ever take anyone to this place. You’re better off taking anyone somewhere else because this place is not equipped to help anyone. I tried taking a friend and they could not help her. They tried everything but they don’t seem to know what they are doing. They seem to just guess they don’t know anything.

This hospital have zero bed side manor. The care was terrible. My wife had head trauma and they would not let me stay with her. The quote was she did not fall from ten stories so stop worrying. Guess what it does not take ten stories to have head trauma. This place is the bottom of the bottom. Avoid at all cost if you want to live!

Was brought to the emergency room here at Sunrise from Harmon Rehab Hospital here in Vegas. Upon arrival i was greeted by way too many nurses and doctors, and various other hospital staff in the emergency room . The attending neurologist was very abrupt and spoke harshly towards me, kept telling me to open my eyes when they were wide open and i could smell alcohol on his breath. Rushed into cat scan and had the contrast dye put into my IV and as soon as it started going in it started leaking all over me not once but twice and I couldn't say anything or tell them because they were in the other room doing the Imaging. When they finally came out I told them that that ivy have been leaking and apparently the ivy blue and there was blood and water all over me in my clothing and I didn't do anything to clean me up. Then I'm put back in a little cubicle here in the emergency room while it's a room and hooked up to the monitors and no one comes to check on me for seem like forever and I kept saying what's going on what's going on and no reply to tell me that the cat scan was inconclusive they didn't know if it was a stroke for certain but I needed to have an MRI I said no I cannot because I'm claustrophobic. Then this neurologist started arguing with me about it and then started questioning me about my medical history telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and I just looked at him and said look I think I know my medical history better than you considering this is the first time you've ever met me. He was talking down to me like I didn't have a brain in my head I told him flat out I wanted to be discharged from this emergency room and go back to Harmon rehab. He said fine he heard me and he walked out of the room fast forward several hours still no word as to what's going on or when I'm going to be discharged finally I got the nurse in here and another doctor and I again said I want to be discharged and take him back to Harmon rehab, again I was given the runaround because I didn't want to have the other testing I told him again I cannot do MRIs I am claustrophobic so therefore I refuse to have it done , then this other doctor started arguing with me about it and said while he would go talk to the case manager about discharging me that was several hours ago and then he goes well I have no problem discharging you if your bed is still available and Harmon and I said well they told me it would be for me not to worry about it he looked at me and said excuse me ma'am you don't know what you're talking about I've been in this business for 20 years and I can promise you that by now they have given your bed to someone else. I personally called Harmon rehab myself and spoke to the nurse on the floor and she assured me that my bed was waiting for me everything was fine but I would be coming back fast forward several more hours the staff here at Sunrise is taking their sweet time to arrange transportation for me back to Harmon so I called Harmon again and spoke to the night supervisor and she told me she said do not worry I promise you you were coming back tonight. So in conclusion I would not recommend this Hospital or emergency room to anyone I wouldn't even bring my dog here. The staff is rude and they will leave you sitting alone for hours with no one checking on you even when sitting right across from the nurses station.

I have been to this hospital many times. It sucks!! Not sanitary at all! They take long, there is never any sympathy. My last two visits were bad. I was sharing a room with a homeless guy that was infested with bedbugs! he had bite marks all over him and had an infection from it. Then another time, I was full of fluids after I had my baby and they put me in a room/area next to pile of blood on the floor (with my new born there) When I said something about it they put a few paper towels over it. I was given pills to flush out the fluids. When I had to use the restroom they didn't have toilet seat covers so I went and asked the nurse and he handed me sanitized hospital wipes (that you're suppose to use wearing gloves) He said "we ran out". I had to use the restroom about 6 times chugging along the sanitized wipes which left my hands really dry.
