  The nurses here are very friendly and personable. When there have been troubles covering wounds because of location, they work with me trying out different ways until we find something that works. Dr Blanco is very nice, very focused and all business. I like her. The only problem I have is the receptionist, Sylvia. She likes to be talked to through the glass partition, rather than opening it, so everyone can hear your business. She'll even slide papers through the little crack. She is very standoffish and often rude. I have caught her standing in the doorway listening while I was telling the nurses problems I was having with bandaging. I stopped talking and looked her and she says "oh I'm just waiting on something" When I am with the nurses or Dr, she has no business standing there listening, frankly, it's none of her business what is going on. So, all in all it's a good place to have your wounds cared for. However, when you are met with a bad attitude coming in and going out, it makes for an unpleasant visit. 3/28/16 Since writing the above review about 2 moths ago, Sylvia has had a complete change of attitude. She now makes it a point to say. "Hi, how are you?" with a smile on her face and the window open.. She conducts business with it open now and only closes it when no one is standing there, which is good because the nurses may be standing there talking about a patient. When leaving she says a happy goodbye after working with me to get an appointment that words for me. I did tell the staff after I left the last review, so maybe there was an office overhaul, however, regardless for the reason of the change. The entire visit now, is now more personable and when I leave I don't feel so negative.
