  Great service. Nice outdoor seating. Great selection of american and Denver classics with a hint of nuevo accent on the dishes. Seafood is fresh and excellent. Drinks are well made and adventurous. I would definitely recommend to anyone stopping by the Capitol Hill area of Denver.

  I love Steuben's!! Been here several times in the past 3 years I've lived in Denver and I have continued to be impressed. Great cocktails, great American diner style atmosphere with a modern twist, and the food is the BOMB!!

  We had 2 pm reservation. We got there on time and were asked if we minded eating outside on the patio. They said the patio was heated. I did not believe it and I got colder as time went on. Finally when our meal was done ( over 1 hour) we did feel the heat. The food was delicious!!!! But you could only order what was on the BRUNCH MENU so don't look at the website menu and expect to order it if you decide to get there during BRUNCH, cause you can only get what's on the BRUNCH MENU😣 EVERYTHING ELSE IS AVAILABLE AFTER 5!!! ITS AN OK PLACE BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE AND QUIET DURING YOUR MEAL, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, FUGGET ABOUT IT!!!!! IT IS SO NOISY, ITS ABSOLUTELY OUT OF CONTROL.....NOT MY CUP OF TEA🙃

  Boyfriend and I had such a lovely dinner here. The happy hour is killer as well. Definitely come ready to drink all the drinks are tasty and worth trying each out.

  Steuben's restaurant has never disappointed me. Great food, great service and a very unique atmosphere. Everything about Steuben's is good. They also have the goto chicken and waffles in my opinion. Why? It's a straight forward traditional chicken and waffles. No wacky combinations just chicken and waffles done right. You can't go wrong with Steuben's but remember that there will almost always be a wait. It's wise to make reservations.
