  This is the second time I've been there, & it was just as great as the first. The guy at the register was so nice & the restaurant is clean. The WiFi could be stronger & the prices lower, but I'll definitely be back.

  Love this place and staff here are extremely friendly and more than willing to strike up a conversation. They are also very good at remembering names and faces!

  The guy working at the time was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a little slower so we spoke with him a little bit, and he genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. Always great to get exemplary customer service

  Updated 10/22/17: Okay. They are back open and have been for some time. This Starbucks is at a great location in Downtown Lexington and I frequent this place (again) at least once a week. The customer service at this location has been top grade and the coffee quality is that which you would expect from a Starbucks. If for any reason you do not like your expensive ass drink, they will happily make you something else to ensure that you walk out satisfied. As soon as you do walk out however, watch out for the idiots illegally turning right off of Main St. on to N. Broadway. Former review from 2016 (2 stars): This once great coffee shop is currently in litigation over who is going to repair the inside of the original store. It's been nearly a year and no progress. Their hard to reach, off the beaten path temporary location is killing their business and my patience. I live and work close to this Starbucks and they are apparently willing to let the store die. They keep cutting the store hours and the quality and service have dropped significantly. I hope that someone cares enough to revive this Starbucks.
