Stay away from this Mcdonald's if you want what you paid for. 9 times out of 10 they will mess up the order, and failing that, will usually give you a half full cup of soggy fries and a low drink. The russel cave rd one or winchester rd will always be better.

Quite possibly the worst location in town. The crew is rude, and the wait time is horrendous. You would think that after having to wait almost 20 minutes, your food would be somewhat fresh right? Wrong! Everything is either not what you ordered, dried out from being under a heat lamp for half an hour, or both! I don't typically write reviews but geez

Please donโ€™t ever step foot in this McDonalds your car will be towed. My wife was in Lexington and had her vehicle towed. She made a quick stop inside the restaurant and when she came out her van was gone. Great feeling like your car was stolen, thatโ€™s a great way to treat customers. Metro Towing LLC in Lexington is the towing company that is contracted to poach and remove vehicles from this location. DO NOT ever use them either, the lack of customer service and signage (contact information) speaks volumes to how they operate. Letโ€™s go stalk people and tow vehicles at local restaurants to make a quick $150.

The outside of this McDonald's is adorable. We went through the drive through and we experienced no issues with our order. The staff member working the window was sweet and even complimted our car. The food tasted really good. I even experienced something here that I haven't at another McDonald's. The fries were crispy, which made them even more amazing than normal!! There was also a sign on the building that they deliver - I'll have to keep that in mind for next time I'm in the area.

Walked to this location from UK Good Samaritan Hosp where my dad is inpatient. Employees were friendly enough, but this was the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. Grime from every angle, the registers and serving counter had dirt and dust surrounding them, tables and floors filthy, absolutely disgusting. Ordered a coffee (it was old) and decided against any food from here.
