  I’ve only just started my smile direct club journey, but coming in for the scan was so convenient, first off I came in alittle late (went to the wrong building) I called to let the office know I was lost I wasn’t sure who answered the phone but she was able to guide me to the correct building once I was in the office I sat for about 2 mins I was so glad that they were able to still accommodate me. I was greeted by a young lady who was so nice. I confirm my information. Sat for another 2 minuet then was called back to do my scans Bianca was my tech she was so nice and explained everything that would be happening, all the questions I did have she had answered before I could even ask, she scanned my teeth super quick and was a very clean process as well. Once she was done another young lady came to look over the scans. After this I was done I was amazed and how fast an professional everything was. All the young lady and gentlemen in the office greeted me were so nice. As of now I wouldn’t be able to tell you if the aligners work but the staff that work for the company are rated 5 stars.

  I went with my girlfriend who had her teeth worked on by Sabrina. The environment was incredibly positive and the technology was amazing! Sabrina was great to both my girlfriend and I, and made us feel incredible welcomed. For everyone who is nervous or concerned about trying this as a new way of getting your teeth worked on, have faith! It feels like odd transition from shopping at retail to shopping online. Felt weird when first hearing about it, but it’s definitely the future!

  Really simple process to go through to have your teeth straightened. It's about half an hour of painless imaging done on your teeth, and then you never go back. The office was clean, and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price is a fraction of invisalign, and it's exactly the same product.

  DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!!! RIP OFFS!!!! READING THIS WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND $$$$ Got teeth scanned in DC office Got my first pack of aligners, Weeks 1&2 fit Week 3 didn’t Called Smile Direct, they said they’ll send me a mold kit in the mail to make more aligners. The first mold kit I received the impression trays were too small for my mouth. I sent back and they sent me another kit which again the impression trays didn’t fit my mouth. I went back to the DC office to get my teeth scanned again. The girl in the office told me she doesn’t understand why they send those kits in the mail because they don’t work. After getting my teeth scanned again they sent me more aligners in the mail which didn’t fit. Keep in mind they keep charging me monthly with the initial sign up fee all this time. Also I don’t have any aligners. I called Smile Direct to cancel and get a full refund. They told me to mail back the last set of aligners which I did and was given no refund. I was robbed for $400. IF ONE PERSON READS THIS AND DOESN’T GET RIPPED OFF THAN THAT’S GREAT. Smile Direct doesn’t care about the customer at all. We the customer are a paycheck only.

  I had my initial appointment yesterday and I got to see Samantha. She was nice, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Taking the 3D impressions was super easy, no discomfort and the entire appointment took 30 minutes like they stated. I was seen on time also, and was very pleased with that. The offices were clean, organized and the technology they use is quite impressive. I was allowed to play around with 3D images to really see what my teeth looked like from all kinds of angles. Samantha went over the entire process and how it works. In the past there was a lot of complaints about customer service and aligners not arriving on time but all of that is now gone and it has been resolved. Now they just send you a big box from day 1 and it contains all the aligners and they are labeled so no more waiting for aligners. That made me extremely happy and gave me lots of confidence in the program. She went over the payment plans and because everything more than met my expectations I signed up and now I can't wait to get started. At the end she also validated my parking ticket so I didn't have to pay for the packing. Samantha is absolutely amazing, she has made my experience with Direct Club a fantastic one. She is very knowledgeable and make you feel welcomed, if you get a chance to request someone, ask for Samantha.
