::Customer service and overall experience is very important to me and Black White Look and the owner, Jessica, have exceeded my expectations. I recently took in my 8 month old to get her first pair of glasses, which was beyond scary for me since this was all new for me and my baby. The owner, Jessica was very attentive, caring, positive and professional and took the time to explain how glasses will help improve my child's vision over time. My baby was comfortable and responded well to the glasses and they are also stylish, which was a bonus! I'm excited about our journey to healthy eyes!
