  Upon arriving Skinny Spa, I was confused. The building does not have a sign, because its a "shared spa". You have different people coming in and out for multiple appointments. I did not receive any type of consultation or health recommendation as specified in my groupon package purchase. I waited more than hour to be treated, even though I had an appointment. I'm concerned about their sanitation, as they took five minutes to "sanitize" the same wrap that was probably used for me. I did the wrap and basically its just strong heat, I can do that in my sauna. Also, their appointment availability is irregular. I really don't recommend this place.

  The Skinny Spa has been absolutely amazing in assisting me with getting my health and weight back on track after the birth of my beautiful baby girl. I had a personal consulting session with a qualified nutritionist and she helped me identify my problem areas and bad eating habits. Many things that I was doing and eating were completely wrong and I had no idea until I went to the Skinny Spa! I tried both the sauna sessions and body wraps and couldn't believe how great I felt after the sessions! Literally like I had climbed a mountain. The sauna is amazing in that it burns up to 900 calories in a single session and you can really feel it, all the sensations of euphoria and relaxation are present as if you just finished an intense aerobics class. This was really helpful as I was instructed by my doctor to not engage in too strenuous of activities for a few weeks. The sessions also took away all of the pain that I had been experiencing in my back, legs and feet. So far I've lost 22 pounds after following the nutrition plan and going to the sessions. I can't express how happy I am that I came across this great place!! The staff is wonderful and really helpful. It is so nice to finally find a healthy solution to losing the weight I gained from having my first child. I would also recommend trying out their massages and facials, which as a Skinny Spa client you receive a generous discount for their other spa services. I'm so thrilled with my body, and feel better than I have in years!
