  Silverleaf has been the worse experience of my Life . After paying over 25,000 after fees and interest for a 6000$ piece of Property that I never visit. They are about to put it in foreclosure because I am unable to pay the maintenance fees that have double since I signed up. The people are rude and not willing to work with you, showing no compassion . And if you are a minute late with a payment they will call you at least 10 times a day. DO NOT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT

  Since this location was purchased by Holiday Inn, it has gone to the dogs! I'm a Silverleaf Owner since 1983 and my last stay at this resort will be my LAST STAY. Rooms are outdated. Appliances falling apart. Employees are rude and need better people skills..especially with long time owners. Anyone can stay here now that Holiday Inn owns the resort and is no longer a private members only resort.

  This company is awful. High pressure torture sales tactics. I'm an owner and I regret all dealings with them.

  Wish I could give a negative star. Avoid this group at all cost. They are a legal scam. You can never get a booking, you can never take advantage of Bonus Time or Endless vacation promises. I bought two weeks. Shame on me.

  Been a member for decades. All of a sudden they started sending invoices to a address I used over 2 years ago. Now they say I owe $140 in late fees when I never received a invoice knowing I even owed anything and they say they will not remove fees. They didn't even have courtesy to call or email. It's just a scam company doing whatever they can to screw people into having there property sent to foreclosure
