  Nice place, except our bathroom door lock doesn't work. We also had a neighborhood blackout when we got there and just barely was able to check in (not their fault though).

  The rooms are falling apart and smell bad. Poorly maintained. Water stains in the ceiling and walls. The coffee pot in the room doesn't work. Rooms are very dated.Complementary Breakfast was terrible. Nothing was clean, served generic coffee, the creamer was cottage cheese out of the container .I've been To Comfort Suites in the past and have had a completely different experience. Don't waist your time or money at this location. Even the entrance sigh is small and hard to identify, especially at night, mostly due to the fact that the light is out in the sigh.

  Supper clean bright and airy. The rooms are amazing with a great work station, kitchen area with sink. Seating area with sofa separate bathroom sink area and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, very chrisp bed linens and big towels. The usual soaps and shampoos had a very fresh smell unlike most hotels. Shower worked well and was for once able to accommodate a man 6'3" without having to bend or stoop. The breakfast was substantial with eggs, meat and starch each morning. Cold cereal choices, coffee, juices and a pastries.

  I have stayed at this hotel every time I visit. The same woman checks us (Debbie I think is her name) out almost every time. I believe she is the manager, but I am not totally sure. She is the sweetest woman. Just her attitude makes my morning so much better. The hotel is clean, and so welcoming. I am what some people call a "germaphobe", and I 100% recommend this place. Props to you Comfort Suites. I will definitely be returning!

  I just stayed here this past weekend, the majority of the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. The reason I give this place 1 star is a woman named Champagne. She was not customer service focused at all. Apparently the hotel was having an issue running credit cards, and thought it was the customer. She locked us out of our room to get our attention. Personally, I felt she should have called me instead. Especially since it was the hotels issue not ours. I didn't receive an apology just a I have to do my job. I won't be staying here again. I've tried leaving feedback on the hotels website but it's not working.
