My wife and I was in town to visit family. It was late at night when we checked in. The room we had was very clean and did not notice any smells or any kind of bugs, we was planning on staying 2 nights but we will probably have to head back to Ohio early. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. For the price you can't beat. I seen the past negatives review's on this hotel and I don't see what they was complaining about. I was in the military for 16 years and have sleep in some really bad hotels. This was not bad. Like I said we would stay here again with no worries

BED BUGS !!! HORRIBLE I wake up 2 times at night with my elbows and legs itching like crazy. No lamp at the bed, I trip and fall on the way to the wall to turn on the lights; they all hide away, I can't catch them but as soon as I try to sleep, they chew on me again like their buffet. I have to lie between 2 bed sheets. It's better Three hours before I check out, I catch a bed bug with big belly full of blood. I figure out they hide between the layers of the quilt blanket and that big one just falls out of the hole on the second layer. When I come home, I immediately load all of my clothes in washer and wash in hot water then dry them in high temperature for 40 minutes But when I unload my stuff, my eyes catch the little black dot on one of the cotton ball in plastic bag. Thinking it's a little dirt, I reach in to remove it and in my terror: IT'S A LITTLE BED BUG I remember using cotton ball to wash my face before going to bed and I take the bag out of my luggage, get one ball out and set the bag on the bed (of course I didn't dump all of cotton balls out) just about 5 minutes and the bed bug can climbs to the plastic bag, crawls inside and sit comfortably on the cotton ball . I wash and dry all of my clothes and all of things that are washable (wallet, purse, camera case..even my bed sheet and pillows because I lay down on my bed.) and dry them in full hour this time. I have to spray all of the things that cannot wash and dry like my phone, credit card, driver license, camera, luggage, car seats, car floor with 91% rubbing alcohol. But after spray the luggage 2 times, I throw it out to the trash because I can't be sure bed bugs are not hiding deep in the seam line With people who don't feel itching, because you are not sensitive to the bites, but the bed bugs farm are there and you could accidentally bring them home and don't even know it. Beside that horror bed bugs, I can't think of any good things that this hotel offer The room has the old carpet smell. Food and trash pieces are on the floor, around the fridge. Bathroom door has stain that looks like urine. The chair cushions look like they have floral print, but look closely, they are dirty stains. The towels are old and rough; two of them have stains like blood that couldn't come all off, one has black ink or car oil stains. The pillows have fluid/liquid stains (disgusting) They don't have extra set of towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. In the morning, the owner guy comes to the rooms which have the cleaning schedule to gather them up and his wife does laundry without soap because when she brings back they don't have fresh-washed smell but have the food odor, the pillow cases have sweat smell and brown color in the center area. I wash one towel and 2 pillow cases by hands; the pillow cases have the original baby blue color back I catch cockroach on the wall. The wifi internet just works for 3 days then cannot connect even the signal is strong, I can't send and receive emails, can't pay bills online. When I ask the owner, he keeps saying "Internet don't work yesterday, it's working today", but still no connect If you don't want to go through all of problem like I did above, stay away from this hotel

Management was incredibly rude and overly intrusive. The pillows were thin, flat and practically non-existent. The lighting was all overhead, extremely cool/bright white in color, and the complete lack of any kind of lamp or reading light made for the lighting to be harsh and awful. The towels were coarse and rough, as well as very thin, and there was only one set in the room, though the room was a double occupancy room with two beds. The shower could not be turned on without spraying water all over the bathroom. I will never stay there again, nor would I recommend this motel to anyone I know.

Nice place and clean. Some of the staff- the older man who works the desk and I assume is the owner- is rude and unfriendly. But the most important thing is the rooms are nice and clean. Nice and quiet too. Bring soap and tissues. If you need a cheap place to stay that is clean, this is recommended.
