  In trying to fix my dryer, under Warrenty, worst customer experience I've every received! They sent a tech, twice. Once to the wrong address and the other time he never showed. Their arrival window is like 8 hours. I've stayed home both times awaiting the repair and now their solution is for me to wait home again Monday for another tech! This is insane! I wish they would just remove this washer and dryer so I don't have to work with them again. Biggest headache ever (not the equipment, the Representatives!).

  Best brands with unparalleled service. Local owners have been with Sears for over 20 years and therefore very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Will be doing business with them again!

  My daughter and I needed a washer and dryer and decided to go to Sears to purchase them. We were told by a new sales associate that if you purchase the warranty, you would save 10% on it. My daughter returns today to purchase the items, only to be told that there is no discount. I called and spoke to Pam (manager), and she explained it to me more than once. I told her that I understood what the policy is, but that her associate's didn't. Needless to say, they just lost a $900.00 sale. I won't be shopping there again.

  Pay for a 3 year warranty can't even get a tech come look to make sure my appliance is okay. After I was told they would. Then get multiple calls saying they have to reschedule my appointment and being very rude. Great service you have at the Tatescreek Sears.
