  Home depot is my home away from home. They are always helpful and are able to answer any questions I have.

  Bought a $499 Honda Mower last summer from the Richmond Road Home Depot AND bought the three-year extended repair warranty . We also, following the admonitions of Home Depot employees, ONLY used canned fuel they sell on the shelves. Not a drop of anything else. And we have kept it in a garage. By the end of the summer, it wasn't working. Took it in to the Home Depot repair shop on Harrodsburg Road. $80 for an inspection. Today we get a call that that we owe $50 more because bad fuel was the culprit and the carburetor was bad. What exactly does merit a repair under their warranty? My advice: DO NOT BUY a warranty from them. Do not buy anything from them. And don't bother talking to one of the managers; they're girded with a canned response they apparently give everybody who calls. I will only buy equipment from local companies from now on. Once burned.

  Took me over 3 hours to get carpet cut that I had already picked out online. It was February 24, 2018 and it was some brown headed woman with glasses working by herself til closing. I got there BEFORE 5pm and didn’t leave until AFTER 8:30pm and let me repeat, ALL I NEEDED WAS MY CARPET CUT! I also had my 2 and 1 year old with me who were not very easy to occupy while this woman avoided me and disappeared every chance she got!!! Then once I got my carpet home I find out that she cut my carpet ONE FOOT too short!!! NEVER WILL I BE BACK TO THIS STORE!! That woman needs to find a different job where she doesn’t have to work with the public and get some better glasses obviously!!

  Good stock, clean and organized store. Staff was helpful in finding things. Only comment is that I dispize self-checkout...which was the only option available. Some people say it is faster, I tend to differ with these people.

  On 01/11/18 I purchased a bathroom vanity set and had the greatest service from an employee named John who went above and beyond to help me load the vanity set. During this time I was helped by the General Manager Jason as well and cannot say enough about the quality service I have received. Growing up in Virginia I always preferred Lowe’s, but now I will give every penny of my business to this Home Depot as often as I can. Great management, and great employees who care.
