  We ordered a new couch. The couch is fantastic. I love everything about it. But I'm here to write about the experience we had. From the moment we walked into the store to the moment the couch was delivered, the customer service was impeccable. Every person we interacted with was fantastic. The sales people are helpful, informative, and not pushy. We felt totally comfortable going home armed with swatches and printouts and taking time with our decision. Each time I spoke with somebody on the phone to place my order, make a payment or schedule delivery, the person I talked to was so kind and helpful. I also didn't ever have to go through tons of automated messages or sit on hold forever before speaking to a person. The guys who delivered the couch stuck around to show us how to use the fold out bed mechanism and gave us tips about what to do if we ever move. I couldn't be happier about my couch or the service we received, and I'll definitely use Room and Board again.

  Nice store. Lots of mid century looks. Modern but not Miami kind of contemporary. Prices r not inexpensive but not too crazy high either. We bought our dining room set and a few other pieces from them approx 10 years ago. The leather chairs, $250 each, are already falling apart. The glue dried and its coming apart. Kind of disappointing for that price. Im not sure if i buy anything else from there after seeing their condition only after 10 yrs of gentle use.

  I stopped in over the weekend to ask for a copy of Modern in Denver Magazine, and ended up meeting the nicest people! Brooke is great! She welcomed me and went out of her way to find me the copy, validated my parking and we so genuinely gracious! I enjoyed see the beautiful 'addition', especially the outdoor patio and reflection pool ( well worth a visit! ) I met another kind lady who has been working there 18 years and she shared some very interesting stories of how the renovation took place and about several unique tables that I otherwise would not have known about. I love visiting R and B ! Everyone is great! Thank you! Mid Century Mike Lakewood CO

  Originally I gave this a three star review. We were ignore- actively snubbed by the staff. Sadly we just couldn’t find furniture we both liked and was well built anywhere else. On our second visit the staff were much more helpful. We really enjoyed our time at the store and are happy with our purchases. The delivery staff were excellent as well - fast, friendly, professional.

  We just received our new "Roddy" sofa from Room & Board yesterday and are so happy with it. We were skeptical about ordering a sofa, sight unseen, but have been extremely impressed with the quality, style, and structure of the piece. The Room & Board staff was a pleasure to work with. Personable, professional, and accessible. Delivery was a breeze. We will definitely consider Room & Board for our future furniture needs. (Rhyming is unintentional)
