  Wow talk about dirt cheap for the middle of downtown. The bed was clean shower was warm and it was way quieter than I thought plus the venue across the road. Really great check-in was probably the fastest I've experienced. Will definitely be back in the future.

  Not the typical accommodation I am used to on business trips, but I can’t really fault this place. My colleague and I were exhibiting at a trade show in the nearby convention centre. Normally, we would stay at the Hilton or Hyatt, but we booked this trip so last minute that flights, accommodation and shipping for our booth were all very expensive. We needed to cut corners and found this conveniently located hotel at a good rate. It’s certainly not luxury, but it’s comfortable, clean and felt safe. We were there mid-week for 4 nights. We had our trade show booth shipped to the hotel a few days early and they held it for us with no hiccups. There was a concert across the street one of the nights but it wrapped up early and wasn’t a huge bother. The breakfast isn’t great, but it does the trick and there’s a McDonald’s a block a way if you don’t like it. The beds were comfortable, the TV was modern and the microwave and mini fridge were a nice touch. The bathroom was small and the shower was only a stall with no tub, but it was a budget hotel so that’s fine. All things considered, it was a fine experience and I’d stay here again if travelling on a budget.

  Across the street from a music venue so if you're sensitive to nose, avoid weekends. Breakfast was tiny but fine. Room was otherwise good.

  Not a good experience, will never stay here again! As soon as we opened the door, we noticed the room was not cleaned, bed not made, food & drinks still in the room. We went back to the office to get another room. The second room, looked better but looking closer, the shower had trash & very dark hair in it, as well as hair on the floor. No soap in the bathroom either. Bed smelled of urine. Third room was upstairs looked & smelled better but we noticed outlets only work, if the light above it, is on. Which makes no sense. Management did apologize for the rooms & stated the downstairs maid is new.
